These Terms establish the conditions under which anyone can use this website and the services offered on it. Therefore, by accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. You are not allowed to use this website and / or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country, or under any law or regulation applicable to your case. Likewise, Quantmoon is not responsible for the illicit acts committed by the visitor, client or user when using or contracting the information or services of this website and, in general, those provided by Quantmoon, either in acts such as evasion of taxes, speculation, money laundering, and many other financial and non-financial crimes.
About the hiring of related services and the license of use
- About the acquisition of products or services
When buying or acquiring a good or service offered by Quantmoon, the visitor, client or user accepts that: (i) he is responsible for reading the complete list of the good or service contracted, as well as the terms and conditions of use that he is refer; (ii) is a contracting party to a legally binding agreement at the time of acquisition of the good or service, from the moment of its commitment to purchase said product or service, as well as completing the payment process.
- On the prices charged for products or services
Quantmoon assigns the prices to the products and services it offers on its website, as well as products and services outside it, in an autonomous, clear and transparent way. These are listed on the website in the case of those that can be obtained through that medium. In case they have been hired outside of this, they will be sent through the official email address channels (belonging to the domain enigmx.com). Any other means is officially invalidated to serve as an instrument to validate quotes, prices and everything related to the goods and services that Quantmoon offers. Quantmoon reserves the right to change the prices for the prices of these products and services at any time, and to correct any errors in the allocation of the same that may occur. Any other charges in relation to the use of the latter, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged monthly to the payment method, and will be charged and announced through the website or the service channels through which they were hired. . It is the complete responsibility of the visitor, client or user to be aware of the possible changes that Quantmoon may make on them.
- About the sale / leasing of the data service provided by Quantmoon
Quantmoon provides a data service called “EnigmX = Data” (hereinafter, “Data”). The Data service consists of the temporary download permission of a copy of the informational materials used by Quantmoon. This temporary download permission granted to the visitor, client or user should be used for informational purposes only. Therefore, you cannot:
- Be used for commercial or public display purposes.
- Modify or copy the materials from their source.
- Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Quantmoon website.
- Share information and data with other people without the express approval of Quantmoon.
- Attempting to hack or access products, services or information without clear identification on your part.
- Informally or illegally transferring the materials to another person or “mirroring” the materials on any other server or device.
It is the responsibility of the visitor, client or user to use the downloaded information without the intention, real or proposed, to damage or harm Quantmoon and its providers. Hence, the visitor, client or user must follow the indications of this Term and the rest of it, in order to not violate any of the uses referred, as well as any other that may be detrimental to suppliers and to Quantmoon.
Thus, by contracting this service, the user accepts the following conditions of use and contracting:
[1] Downloading data from any of the packages (referred to in “Access Plans” section of https://enigmx.com/data/) may take time based on the parameters entered by the visitor, client or user in the downloading interface once the service is purchased. The following maximum reference time is considered for each of them (expressed in 00:00:00 – HOURS: MINUTES: SECONDS):

Quantmoon recommendeds to run partial downloads over the entire desired time interval (for example, if you want to download three months of data, download week by week instead of three months in one go).
The “EnigmX Package” is a combination of the services of the “Trader Package” and the “Quant Package”. So, the table described above should be taken as a reference.
[2] The visitor, client or user will have to register with a valid email or account when they execute the payment of the Data service contract. In case the contract is made from a wrong, invalid or non-existent email address, it will be the responsibility of the visitor, client or user to prove its authenticity to claim access to the Data service or, failing that, to send new information proving its identity. In case this service payment is contracted from a PayPal account, the visitor, client or user will have absolute control over the cancellation or permanence of its subscription. On the other hand, in case this service is contracted directly from a credit card and from an identification email, the visitor, client or user will have to notify Quantmoon through that email his or her desire to cancel its subscription. Quantmoon has a maximum period of 24 hours to respond and cancel the subscription. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the client, visitor or user to send the notification of cancellation in a timely manner.
[3] Quantmoon will encryptly monitor your IP to avoid saturation of the main server in case of simultaneous downloads. No information related to your IP will be stored, nor will Quantmoon try to access it. However, it will safeguard the use of the Quantmoon software infrastructure by monitoring your encrypted IP to avoid saturation. It is the user’s responsibility to use only one downloading interface to avoid warning notifications. These notifications will only proceed up to two times. If this behaviour is repetitive, and the visitor, client or user recieves a warning notificaion on more than 3 (three) times, their hiring plan will be suspended. Additionally, if this was the case, Quantmoon will proceed to collect the damages caused. The notifications of the misuse of the downloading interface will not be made in case the damage generated to Quantmoon is immediate, in which case the suspension of the contracting plan will be executed immediately.
[4] Refunds will only proceed to 70% of the cost of the contracted service if these were invoiced through a direct credit card, and 100% of the cost of the contracted service if they were invoiced through a PayPal account. Refunds only proceed if there is:
- A continuous defect of more than 3 (three) days, or 5 (five) days alternately, in the download interface.
- A continuous defect of more than 3 (three) days, or 5 (five) days alternately, in the structure of the downloaded file.
Quantmoon reserves the right to evaluate any other reason for refunds. Likewise, Quantmoon is not responsible for the content downloaded by users. It is the duty of the visitor, client and user to validate the data they will download as a reference in the free download option (LINK), and from other sources.
These Terms also include the free data download service offered by Quantmoon as a reference only to the paid version.
[5] Quantmoon is committed to the continuous improvement of its products and services, as well as taking care of the customer, visitor or user experience. Therefore, we urge you to promptly notify any flaw of any kind found in the products and services provided by Quantmoon. Contacting us (info@enigmx.com) to report these errors will allow you to access to additional benefits such as offers, specialized materials, and many more.
Final Disclaimer
Quantmoon or its suppliers never will be liable for the damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data or profits, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website of Quantmoon, even if Quantmoon or an authorized agent of Quantmoon has been notified verbally, in writing or expressly of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
